The magical sword

Once upon a time there was a boy called Jacob who lived in a small house in the countryside.He was very poor and sad.  Everyday Jacob walked to the village and helped his dad in the weapon rack sharpening swords and testing axes.
 One night a witch came in and stole a magical sword.The next morning when Jacob and his father arrived at the shop the sword wasn't there.  Jacob and his father panicked. 
Then jacob saw the witch on her broom with the sword in her hand.  He reconised the light green tip of the sword.The witch saw Jacob and flew away before he knew it.
Jacob ran as fast as he could chasing the witch but he quickly lost sight of her.  Jacob started to cry.  Suddenly there was a flash of lightening and"quish"a wizard appeared. The wizard said he would help Jacob because he was at war with the witch. 
The wizard created a portal spell and wisked jacob to the witch's lair.The witch was waiting,there was an amazing spell battle but the wizard defeated the witch and reterned the sword to Jacob and his father.

Production

In week 9, Sumner School did a production called the Button Box. Room 9's song was the Frog King. We had our buddy class to work with us. We had to do heaps of leading around as we had a small buddy class, and they wouldve been a bit nervous. I had two roles. One was the Frog King, and the other was a chinese dancer. My favourite was probably the dancer, because you had quite a lot of movement. The difficult part of the Frog King was the we were 1 character made up of 3 people. In one of the shows the crown was about to fall off, so we had to lean back so it went back into place.

my holiday coming up

Soon me and my best friend charlie are going to fiji.
I have never been there so it will be my first time.
I've heard about the kids club and it sounds the best
i'm looking ford to it
I've heard from charlie that on their last trip on the beach they saw fijian's eating fire
and its only in 6 days!!!!!

My mice

Yesterday I brout my mice in.They love cheese and apple's. When there is an aftershock they climb up the walls on to the roof of there tiny house.In there cage they have a house,a running wheel and stairs that lead up to the house they are here for the week

This term we have been looking at persuasive writing. 

We looked at the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. We talked about whether she should have gone into the house or not. Here is my poster. 

Weekend sport

In the weekend I played my soccer game.My team (the bay blasters) played the hardest team in the league (medbury red.) We WON 6-5! I scored 4 of the 6 goal. I wasn't playing my hardest, I think I could do better, but I did steal a goal! We got a goal in the first 30 seconds!
