This term we have been looking at persuasive writing.

We looked at the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. We talked about whether she should have gone into the house or not. Here is my poster.

Weekend sport

In the weekend I played my soccer game.My team (the bay blasters) played the hardest team in the league (medbury red.) We WON 6-5! I scored 4 of the 6 goal. I wasn't playing my hardest, I think I could do better, but I did steal a goal! We got a goal in the first 30 seconds!

Room9 and the beanstalks

In room 9 we are having a competition whose bean grows the tallest. These are the teams, year 3 boys, year 3 girls, year 4 boys and year 4 girls. We are drawing at the moment but not for long (I hope). We used...bean seeds, soil and we put them in a sunny place. We will give alot of water and hopefully it will grow.

A night at Clink

Last night all of room 9 went to Clink for an art exhibition. For most of the time I scooted but some of the time I played tag and hide and seek. My mum said it was the best artwork I had ever done! I felt really good when she said that.

My good cross country run

Yesterday was cross country and I came 6th!

At the start of the race I felt extremly nervous.
In the middle of the race the race I had the stitch.

At the end of the race I felt delighted!

My best but hardest moment was running down the middle towards the finish line with friends and family cheering me on.
